One current strand of our work applies this experience to public‑sector and revenue administration.
Zonecrest is the technical delivery vehicle behind the Voice‑First Tax Assistant for the Ghana Revenue Authority – a multilingual assistant that helps citizens understand and meet their tax obligations via:
