Cloud Computing Platforms or Cloud Computing platforms?

Unfortunatley the term cloud computing platforms can have two meanings: the ‘Platform’ layer of the Cloud Computing Architecture model; or what many call the (technology) ‘platform’ – what I prefer to call the ‘technology stack’. I use Platform with a capital ‘P’ to indicate the Architectural Platform and platform with a lower case ‘p’ if I use the term in the broader sense – e.g. ‘built on the google platform’.
