What is Agile?
The clue is in the word itself. Agile is an adjective, not a noun.
Agile is not a methodology.
You can not ‘do’ Agile! However, you can do something – e.g. something that is a methodology – in Agile way.
Agile is a set of Values and Principles set out in the Agile Manifesto.
These values and principles are normally applied to a methodology, most commonly Scrum but also Kanban, and others. In other wordsBy Tom
